Terms & Conditions
The use of this website and all transactions is governed by the Law of Singapore. Any aspects that are not covered by these Terms and Conditions are subject to Singapore Law.
Item Representation:
All images used in the recolor.com.sg website are provided by the manufacturers. Efforts are taken to ensure accurate representation of the products as possible. However, due to constraints like lighting, photo taking, or settings on your monitor, a product’s actual colour may vary slightly from the photo. Different batches of productions might also vary slightly in dimensions or colour. Please note that all items sold do not include installation charges, unless stated in the purchase condition.
Dimensions:
Please make sure that the overall dimensions and the style of the products you ordered are suitable for the intended purpose. Please check all details on your order before confirming. Please seek clarification if anything is unclear.
Payment:
- Full payment must be made upon completion of the transaction.
- Payment can be made by bank transfer through the following details: Recolor Pte Ltd, UOB Account No. 362-302-789-7, or Paynow to the following ID: 201331550C
Invoice:
An e-invoice will be sent to you after the confirmation of order. Should there be any errors in the details, please inform us immediately by emailing orders@recolor.com.sg with your invoice number. We will contact you within 1-2 working days to confirm and arrange delivery. Please retain the invoice for warranty purposes and as proof of purchase.
Deliveries:
- We have 2 options for delivery:
- For deliveries with preferred time, please allow a minimum of 3 working days for processing from the date of purchase with completed payment. Delivery times are as follows:
- MORNING: 10am-1pm / AFTERNOON: 2pm-6pm)
- For deliveries with preferred time, please allow a minimum of 3 working days for processing from the date of purchase with completed payment. Delivery times are as follows:
- For deliveries with open date (more than 30 days from the date of purchase), please call us at least 3 working days in advance to arrange for delivery.
- We offer FREE delivery for a minimum order of $100.
- For orders below $100, self-collection can be arranged with us (Note: Selections are available online).
- Delivery charges (ranging from $5 and above) will be implemented for orders less than $100.
- Should there be any changes in delivery dates or time due to any unforeseen circumstances, please inform us at least5 working days before deliveries to allow us time to react.
- We will try our best to accommodate your request at the time of delivery. Our delivery team starts the day’s work from 10am to 6pm, Monday to Friday. However, we might not be able to meet everyone’s request. In order to get your desired delivery timing, please order well in advance.
- We reserve the right to change the delivery date/time should there be any unforeseen circumstances.
- If you have ordered more than one item, you may receive the items separately, and at different delivery times. However, we will do our best to arrange for all the items to be delivered in one shift, either. Should the items be delivered separately, you will be informed in advance.
- If no one is present to receive the delivery in the agreed time slot and a repeat delivery is required, this will incur additional charge.
- Delivery date must not be more than 12 months from the date of purchase. After which, a storage fee of S$50 to S$250 applies per week for a maximum period of 3 months. On the 15th month from the date of purchase, Recolor Pte Ltd reserves the right to cancel the invoice and forfeit all payments made.
Damage Policy:
- Should there be any damage/defects of the product when delivered, please inform the delivery team immediately. We will arrange for an exchange of the items or the damaged portion as soon as possible.
- If the damage/defects are only discovered after the delivery team has left, please email us at contactus@recolor.com.sgwith your invoice number immediately.
- Any “As-Sold/Clearance or Display Set” items which are marked down for sale are sold at the condition that the buyer acknowledges the defects, and cannot be replaced or exchanged.
- Items that are damaged as a result of the Customer’s inappropriate use are not be eligible for replacement.
- Defect in one or more items in the same purchase does not allow the right to cancel the entire invoice order.
Return and Refund Policy:
No return and refund policy.
Exchange policy:
- We allow exchange of items base on original condition of products and boxes. (Subject to review)
- Exchange allow on items and if there are excess top-up is required. However, if items lesser than value no refund will be attended.
- Exchange is only applicable for customers to bring back the physical items to the store for the exchange.
- Heavy and bulky items for exchange, delivery charges and surcharge apply.
- Exchange is only up to 15 days from the date of delivery.
Delivery Surcharges:
Heavy and bulky items, e.g WC, designer hood and oven – if delivery address is not on lift-landing level a surcharge of $10/level is applicable.
Warranty:
- For warranty information, please refer to individual product information or contact us via email at contactus@recolor.com.sgand we will get back to you within 3 working days.
- Please keep all invoices for the warranty period for proof of purchase.
- Please note that any “As-Sold/Clearance or Display Set” items which are marked down for sale are sold at the condition that the buyer acknowledges the defects, and cannot be replaced or exchanged. Also, items that are damaged as a result of the Customer’s inappropriate use are not be eligible for replacement.
- All items will follow the manufacturer’s warranty duration and their terms and conditions.
Limitation of Liability:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall Recolor Pte Ltd be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary or consequential damages or any damages or losses of any kind in any manner in connection with or arising out of this terms, the site, services or content, regardless of the form of action or the basis of the claim or whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of such damages, including, without limitation, damages for loss of profits or opportunity, business interruption or any other commercial damages or losses. In the event that applicable law does not allow the exclusion of warranties stated herein or the limitation of liability stated herein, then users expressly agree that in no event will Recolor Pte Ltd’s liability for any claim or damages hereunder exceed the amount paid by the relevant user to Recolor Pte Ltd in respect of any product or service being the subject of that user’s claim.
